På Trans Fest Stockholm (nedan förkortat “TFS”) arbetar vi med att skapa trygga och inkluderande mötesplatser – i vår verksamhet och i samhället i stort. För oss är det därför viktigt att du kan känna dig trygg med hur dina personuppgifter behandlas hos oss. För att vi ska utveckla vår verksamhet, erbjuda utbildning, stöd och inspiration samt kommunicera om vad vi gör och hur det går behöver vi behandla personuppgifter. Nedan hittar du information om vilka uppgifter om dig som TFS behandlar, för vilka ändamål, den rättsliga grunden för behandlingen, hur länge uppgifterna sparas, dina rättigheter m.m.

Personuppgiftsbehandling

För att vi ska kunna leda, utveckla och förbättra vår verksamhet kan vi behöva behandla dina personuppgifter. Det är viktigt för oss att du förstår och känner dig trygg i den personuppgiftshantering vi företar. TFSs behandling av personuppgifter

Vi behandlar olika kategorier av personuppgifter med olika ändamål och rättsliga grunder. Därutöver skiljer sig lagringstiderna beroende på i vilket ändamål vi behandlar dina personuppgifter. Nedan presenteras de olika behandlingarna var för sig – så att du enkelt kan läsa om den personuppgiftsbehandling som är aktuell just för dig.

Vad vi använder dina uppgifter till

Lagringstider

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter från den tid vi får kontakt till dess att vi gemensamt hittat ett sätt som du vill engagera dig på inom TFS, eller till dess att du väljer att inte engagera dig vidare. Om du väljer att inte engagera dig vidare, så upphör vår behandling av dina personuppgifter. Därefter raderas, gallras eller anonymiseras information som inte längre är nödvändig för oss. • För att kommunicera med dig kring ditt engagemang på det telefonnummer eller den email du har angivit.
• För att kunna erbjuda dig bästa möjliga individuella stöd i relation till ditt volontärskap och engagemang i din kontext.
• För att kunna utveckla vår verksamhet vidare tillsammans med dig.
• För att kunna uppfylla redovisningskrav.

Berättigat intresse: Dina personuppgifter behandlas för att kunna stötta dig i ditt engagemang och fortsätta utveckla ditt ledarskap och engagemang inom TFS.

Lagringstider

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter från den tid du väljer att engagera dig och max tre år efter att du har avslutat ditt engagemang i TFS. Därefter raderas, gallras eller anonymiseras information som inte längre är nödvändig för oss.

Berättigat intresse: Dina personuppgifter behandlas för att vi ska kunna upprätthålla ett pågående samarbete eller ta initiativ till ett kommande.

Lagringstider

Vi sparar dina personuppgifter så länge vi har ett pågående samarbete eller planer på ett kommande och i 12 månader efter. Undantag gäller dock om dina uppgifter förekommer i exempelvis fakturor p.g.a. bokföringslagen.

• Bild, film eller ljudinspelning där du medverkar produceras och används endast med ditt samtycke. Observera att du när som helst kan be oss ta bort en bild, film eller ljudinspelning där du medverkar.

Rättslig grund

Samtycke och berättigat intresse: Dina personuppgifter behandlas för att vi ska kunna utveckla vår verksamhet på ett sätt som vi tror har betydelse för dig och vårt gemensamma mål. För all bild, film eller ljudinspelning behandlar vi dina personuppgifter efter samtycke som tydligt uttrycker syftet med behandlingen och är frivilligt. Detta samtycke går när som helst att återkalla.

Lagringstider

Dina personuppgifter behandlas tills du återkallar samtycke. Tryckta bilder, publicerade filmer och kommunikation via sociala medier etc. sparas tills du meddelar att bilden/filmen/ ljudinspelningen med dig ska raderas. Bilder, filmer och ljudinspelningar med känslig information hanteras med extra försiktighet.

6. När du anmäler dig till nyhetsbrev

Vi har skriftliga biträdesavtal med samtliga biträden i enlighet med GDPR och säkerställer därigenom god säkerhet för dina personuppgifter.

Rättslig grund

Dina personuppgifter behandlas för att kunna skicka dig det nyhetsbrev som du anmäler dig själv till som prenumerant.

Lagringstider

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter under den tid du är prenumerant på nyhetsbrevet. Du kan själv när som helst avsluta dina prenumerationer genom att antingen följa den länk som finns i varje nyhetsbrev eller kontakta info@transfeststockholm.org. När du avslutar din prenumeration upphör vår behandling av dina personuppgifter, och dina uppgifter raderas.

In light of this, it is important for us that you feel safe and informed regarding how your personal information is being handled. In order for us to develop our organization, offer education, support & inspiration, and communicate about our events and activities we need to use and store your personal information. Below you will find descriptions of which personal information TFS handles, for what purposes, the lawful basis for the handling, your rights etc.

Handling of personal information

In order to lead, develop and improve our organization we need your personal information. It is important for us that you understand and feel safe regarding our handling of your personal information. This integrity policy aims to inform you about what personal information we handle, how and why we handle it, your rights and our responsibility when it comes to our handling of your personal information. You are always welcome to contact us with questions. All information that can, directly or indirectly, be tied to you as an individual counts as personal information. When you contact us, involve yourself in our activities, make a donation, collaborate with us or sign yourself up for newsletters and other distributions of information you supply us with your personal information. Personal information can consist of names, personal identity numbers, email, phone number and address. Further, information on how you use TFS’s website (how you reached and left the site), IP-address and geographic information is handled. In accordance with current legislation you have a number of rights regarding access and control over your personal information. Below you can find a short summary of these rights:

The right to access

You have the right to know if we handle your personal information, and if this is the case we will inform you about how your information is handled. You have the right to request copies of this.

To nurture your engagement with us so that you, in the way that is most suitable for you, can engage with TFS.

• To communicate with you about your engagement with TFS using the telephone number, the email or the social media accounts you have supplied us with.

Legitimate interests: Your personal information is handled to nurture your engagement with us so that you, in the way that is most suitable for you, can in engage with TFS.

Storage times

We handle your personal information from the time that we connect with you until we together have found a way for you to involve yourself with TFS, or until when you choose to no longer continue your involvement. If you choose to no longer continue your involvement, our handling for your personal information will cease. The information no longer necessary will then be deleted, sorted out or anonymised. If you choose to continue your involvement, then we will continue to handle your personal information according to Section 2 below (When you are involved in our operation as a volunteer or participant or in other ways).

What is our purpose?

To nurture your involvement with us so that you, in the way that is most suitable for you, can remain involved with TFS.

What information is handled?

• Information concerning your engagement in TFS, e.g. to your organization.
• Sensitive information (e.g. personal identity number or contact information to next of kin) is handled with care and with special secrecy.

How do we use the information?

• To communicate with you about your engagement with TFS using the telephone number or the email you have supplied us with.
• To provide you with the best possible individual support in relation to your volunteering and engagement in your context.
• To be able to develop our operation together with you.
• To satisfy reporting and accounting requirements.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests: Your personal information is handled to nurture your involvement with us and continue to develop your leadership and involvement in TFS.

Storage times

We handle your personal information from the time that you start your involvement and for a maximum of three years after you have ended your involvement with TFS. Then the information no longer necessary will be deleted, sorted out or anonymised.

What is our purpose?

To give answers to questions, comments or suggestions about our operation, and to effectively maintain contact with potential collaborators and for potential collaborations.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests: Your personal information is handled to be able to answer you & to satisfy the needs your expressed in your communication with us, and to be able to develop our organization in ways we believe are important for you and our common goals.

Storage times

We handle your personal information as long as you have a relationship with our organization.

Then the information no longer necessary will then be deleted, sorted out or anonymised. Exception is made if your information appears on invoices in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

What is our purpose?

To develop the operation of TFS to, in the best way possible, create opportunities to empower trans people and trans people’s cultural expressions.

• If you are in contact with us on your professional capacity or if you want to get involved in our operation, then your personal information can appear in meeting minutes, notes, as a reference on invoice or in other similar documents.

For all pictures, films or audio recordings, your personal information is handled in accordance with your consent which clearly stated the intent of the handling and which is voluntary. We store your personal information until you recall your consent. Printed images/pictures, publicized films and communication in our social media etc. is saved until you communicate to us that the picture/film/audio recording where you appear should be deleted. Pictures, films and audio recordings with sensitive information are handled with extra care.

6. When you sign up for newsletters

What is our purpose?

To inform about our operation, give you the opportunity to involve yourself in specific campaigns & events, promote our services, events and other content in our marketing to you.

We handle your personal information during the time period when you are signed up for the newsletter. You can at any time cancel your subscription by following the cancellation link in every newsletter or by contacting us at info@transfeststockholm.org. When you cancel your subscription our handling of your personal information ceases and the information is deleted.
