Medlemsavtal

Vi behöver låna några av dina personuppgifter för att kunna tillhandahålla ett medlemskap i vår förening. Vi behöver ditt namn och din e-mail för att kunna kommunicera med dig och föra register.

Vi registrerar dina uppgifter i vårt medlemssystem. Endast individer med en ledarfunktion i Trans Fest Stockholm får tillgång till att se din information. Vi sprider inte din information till någon tredje part.

Detta avtal är giltigt i 365 dagar eller under den tid som du är medlem i Trans Fest Stockholm. När du blir medlem på nytt kommer du igen att få godkänna medlemsavtalet.

Du har rätt att kostnadsfritt begära ut information om vilka personuppgifter vi har sparade om dig. Du kan också begära att uppgifter tas bort eller ändras om de visar sig vara felaktiga. Begäran om utdrag ur våra register sker till info@transfeststockholm.org

Membership agreement

In order for you to become a member of our organization, we need to store some of your personal information. We need your name and email for communication and our register.

We register your information in our membership system. Only individuals in leadership positions in Trans Fest Stockholm will have access to your information. We do not share your information with any third parties.

This agreement is valid for 356 days or during the time that you are a member of Trans Fest Stockholm. When you renew your membership you will need to approve the membership agreement again.

You have the right to request (free of charge) to see which personal information we have stored for you. You can also request to remove the information or change it if it is incorrect. For such requests regarding your personal information, contact us on info@transfeststockholm.org .
